George E. Mueller, Jr., J.D.
Chairman

Mr. Mueller has been involved in the senior care and senior housing industry for 41 years. From 1975 to 1990 his experience was as legal counsel to developers and investment bankers involved in the development, rehabilitation and refinance of skilled nursing facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, independent Living Facilities, Memory Care Facilities, hospitals and dialysis facilities, totaling 200+ facilities. In addition, he developed and owned several senior housing projects for his own portfolio. In 1990 he began totally focusing on the financing aspects of senior facilities and working directly with his nationwide clientele in arranging and closing financings for their projects. This resulted in the financing of over 150 projects with REITs, commercial banks and investment banks over the years.  In 1994 Mr. Mueller began acting as a Development Consultant in all aspects of senior housing development and financing to various private and public companies in the senior care and senior housing industry. Today, he still works daily with clients, advising on current senior housing market trends and pursuing development opportunities. Mr. Mueller holds, BA, BSA and JD degrees from the University of Florida.

G. Jason Mueller
Managing Director

Mr. Mueller has years of experience in the Senior Living Industry, as well as a marketing and advertising background. Due to the long history of family business in the senior housing sector, Mr. Mueller has had a hand in the industry from a young age. He has worked in and around senior housing communities for many years. Mr. Mueller joined the US Navy in 2001 and spent 4 years serving his country with VAW 120 and 125. After returning to civilian life he obtained a 220-insurance license and worked at ILeader Insurance group insuring Long Term Care Facilities and PEO providers. After Leaving ILeader, he acquired his real estate licenses and formed Mueller Group Realty Investments to add to the Mueller Group Umbrella. After joining back with Mueller Group, he directed acquisition due-diligence as well as formulated financial projections.  For the past two and a half years, he has headed up Trident Life, a senior housing management company operating three ALFs in Central Florida with a total of 198 units and substantial Memory Care components. Mr. Mueller brings hands on knowledge of facilities as well as an eye for risk management. He oversees operations of the company and works with clients in the development, acquisition, disposition and financing of senior care and senior housing properties. Mr. Mueller is a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker as well a Licensed Florida Assisted Living Director. He attended the Horey-Georgetown College and American Intercontinental University Atlanta.

Eli C. Smith
Construction Liaison

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Mr. Smith has worked on numerous senior housing projects as foreman, field inspector and project manager. His experience with two major General Contractors in the senior housing and student housing industry has given him the ability to assume responsibility for full inspection, liaison and reporting duties related to both new and remodel construction projects. For the past two and half years he has been Trident Life’s plant and construction manager for three facilities with a total of 198 beds based in the Central Florida area. Mr. Smith works with construction companies representing MDG as its construction liaison.  Mr. Smith is a Licensed Florida Contractor as well as a Licensed Florida Assisted Living Director. He holds a B.S. Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida Atlantic University and an Associate Degree in Architecture from Broward State College.

Susan R. Dyer
Director of Real Estate Acquisitions

With over 25 years of experience as a Florida Real Estate Broker, Ms. Dyer‘s career began with great success in the condominium conversion business.  Over the years she has also headed acquisition teams for numerous commercial companies and senior living companies throughout the country. In addition to being an integral member of MDG, she specializes in marketing commercial, senior living sites and existing senior care and senior living facilities, multi-family and industrial properties throughout the State of Florida. Ms. Dyer holds a BA degree in Art History from Florida State University.

Judit K. Mueller
Director of Interior Design and FF&E Procurement
ASID Member/Space Planner/Interior Designer/FF&E Procurement

Ms. Mueller has some 25 years of experience in the space planning, design, interior design and procurement of all furniture, fixtures and equipment for both senior care and senior housing facilities.  She has completed over 40 projects in the states of Florida, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Missouri, Illinois and North Carolina.  Her expertise in specifications and budgeting has resulted in exceptional projects, all within the required budgets.  She has worked with numerous architectural and construction firms and has an excellent reputation in the senior care and senior housing industry for quality work.  Ms. Mueller holds an AA Degree in Mathematics from Brevard State College and is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers.

Krisztina M. Bell
Director of Marketing and Public Relations

Ms. Bell has over seventeen years of experience in graphic design, advertising, marketing, social media and public relations.  She has been engaged by various senior housing operators and management companies to oversee their total advertising and marketing programs.  Her works and expertise have been featured in such media and publications as ABC News, The Atlanta Journal and Constitution, sCNBC.com, New York Times, NBC Today Show and FoxNews.com to name a few.   Ms. Bell holds a BA Degree in Fine Arts from Rollins College and attended graduate school at the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Donna L. Caprio
Office Manager and Comptroller

Ms. Caprio is an experienced office manager and has several years of working as an assistant comptroller of various entities. She has been with the MDG organization for over two years and has an unparalleled work ethic. Ms. Caprio holds a BS degree in Biology from the Pennsylvania State University.

Lynne Defoe
Accounts Manager

Ms. Defeo is experienced in bookkeeping and customer service. She also acts an administrative assistant to Mrs. Mueller. Ms. Defeo holds an A.A.S. degree in Medical Transcription from Cooper Academy.
